4th of July?

What are you traditions for the 4th? We can't seem to get our minds wrapped around what to do... and can't recall any traditions! So... I am just wonderin'... what do you all do to make the 4th a fun family time? What do you do? Where do you go? What do you eat? I need some good ideas!
