Day 4 - Beaches/San Diego
1st look at the ocean!! We drove down the coast on Sunday and to stay in San Diego.,,these beaches were on the way...
It was c-o-l-d this day!
But we all got wet anyway!!

It was so cute! Caleb got knock over by a wave within a few minutes of arriving (we are talking summersaulted in the air into the water!) and he was mad for a minute and cried... but that dare devil emmerged and he kept challenging the waves to come get him and then he would run. The fear was gone! LOL

The coast with it's wonderful beaches are what I miss most. We used to camp on the beach when I was growing up.
Thanks for sharing the pictures. It brought back some fun memories I had at the beach while growing up and as a adult.
Mike and I and the girls still laugh about a trip we made one year. We played in San Francisco all day and caught the coast highway south to Santa Cruz to visit family. We saw a gorgeous beach so we pulled over and stopped. There were some stairs down to the beach. The girls ran over to the stairs, stopped and said, "why don't they have any clothes on"? We grabbed the girls, got in the car, and after looking for signs of clothing optional, we didn't stop that car until we got to my uncles house. No signs were seen.
